4. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).

  • Currently, the only available payment method through the website is Cash on Delivery (COD). If you prefer to pay online, please select the COD option during checkout. At the time of delivery, our team will provide a secure method for completing the payment electronically.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

  • We offer delivery services within Kuwait. Delivery timelines and charges are detailed at checkout.

  • Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances do not entitle the customer to compensation.

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product. Hutaib Co. is not responsible for manufacturer warranty claims but may assist customers in contacting the supplier.

13. Bulk Order & Inquiry Terms

  • Minimum Order Requirements
    Bulk orders may be subject to minimum quantity requirements, which will be clearly communicated at the time of inquiry.

  • Quotation Validity
    All bulk order quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability may change due to supply or market fluctuations.

  • Payment Terms
    A 50% advance payment may be required to initiate large orders. Remaining balance is due upon dispatch or delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Lead Times
    Estimated delivery timelines will be provided based on product availability and order volume. Custom or special orders may require extended lead times.

  • Returns &

    Exchanges for Bulk Orders
    Bulk and wholesale orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless items are found defective or damaged upon delivery. All return claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

     

  • Custom Requests
    Any customization (branding, packaging, specifications) must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional charges and extended delivery time.

  • Delivery & Logistics
    We offer delivery within Kuwait. For larger orders, logistics may be handled by a third-party transporter, and delivery terms will be discussed during the quotation phase.

  • Cancellation Policy
    Bulk orders cannot be cancelled once the advance payment is processed and procurement has begun.

  • Final Agreement
    Placing a bulk order confirms your acceptance of the terms listed herein. A formal invoice will include all finalized terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.

14. Product Warranty & Returns

We offer a 1-month limited warranty on generators only, starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow the product’s operating instructions.

To claim the warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase and notify us within the warranty period.
